Seven Springs of Cupertino is a beautiful, diverse, and newer community of 408 homes located in the foothills on the western edge of Silicon Valley. Seven Springs homes were developed by the Gregory Group in 1989 and are known for an entrance where Cupertino homeowners are greeted with a beautiful water fountain. Homes in this community feature open floor plans, large windows, and high ceilings with a lot size usually of less than 6,000 sf. Below is the perfect example of a Seven Springs home.

Cupertino. It sets between the Lawrence Expressway, Stevens Creek

were built in the 1950s by Stern and Price. There are mixed in between the
old flat top homes and newer million dollars homes. You can find every kind
of in between.

3. Montebello at the Cupertino City Center is a resort-like villa located at 20488

Montebello, completing it in 2004. The development created a new gateway
entrance to the city. This mixed-use project offers Cupertino residents an

urban life, work, and entertainment experience and also has a large
swimming pool and private fitness center.
Cupertino with the zip code 95014 is directly west of San Jose and is an affluent city, notably known as the 11th wealthiest city with more than 50,000 people in the United States.
